moomoo architects designed the first house that will be entirely made of a plastic insulating material normally used in roofs.
This material, called Thermopian, has good thermal, acoustic and insulating properties and can have any required color. The design is based on the proportions of a traditional Polish house but at the same time it has a simple and redefined line.
The distinctive leaning wall is the result of a simple shape and the local law, which requires buildings in line with plot borders.
Normally I don’t publish renders, but in this case I had to make an exception. Not only because of the uniqueness of the house, but also because I really thought it was real. The house will be completed in 2010.
