The Hevia House is located in the center of Sant Cugat del Vallés, Barcelona, Spain. The building was projected by architect Gustavo Coderch, but the construction was never finished. Then lagranja decided to finish the house using simple, economic and fun materials in each level.
The house, placed in a strait plot, has six levels. Each level has its own character thanks to the changing floors; continuous orange floor, grey moquette, whiten pine, etc. Also each level has its function; garage, studio, childrensbedroom, parents bedroom, kitchen and eating room, living room and terrace with pool.
Thanks to lagranja for sharing the fotos, memoir and blueprints.
